Galt House Hotel & Suites is a full service hotel located in downtown Louisville beside the Ohio River. An Airport Shuttle service is available.

Hotel Rooms are located in the Rivue Tower & are $103.00 for a single room.  Room rates exclude state & local taxes.

Room reservations: 1-800-843-4258 Ask for the "Electronic Medicine Seminar" rate. To reserve a room, please book by September 15th.  The hotel will release blocked rooms after this date. Car Company can provide service to and from the airport.

Guests can park at the Galt House for $12 a day.

Certificates of Completion for Credit Hours issued to EMA members only. Researchers must bring their own laptops.

EMA Annual Membership Fee: $50.00
Payable to HPC Ltd. by the 1st of May of each year. Checks are to be made out to HPC Ltd.
