Detecting the rare elements is often the key to finding the solution to difficult cases in humans and some occasional animal cases. For example out of balance Antinomy can be associated with cardiovascular disease, Rhodium with cancer, Lanthanum with degenerative conditions. In the normally recognized elements found in blood tests it is known that specific elements relate to others either as antagonists or supports. Zinc competes with Copper for example yet both are necessary for health. Knowing how to blend these minerals is important. In the same way many of the less known elements require balancing for the purpose of maintaining normal biological functions. For example Neon has a natural opposite which is Silicon. In addition, Neon can be directly involved with Acid-Base disturbances which are therefore associated with Thyroid dysfunction. In turn it often becomes necessary to introduce small amounts of iodine, calcium and phosphorus to correct the situation. Thus the detection of the
rare elements can become pivotal in the healing process. The Bio-Energetic
projection of these subtle elements can also be of immense value in the
correcting disease conditions. This will be discussed in detail in the
presentation.
Sunday, 17th 9am-12pm & 2pm-5pm Chief Cloudpiler Native American Healing Techniques, Naturopathic Medicine and the Sacred in Healing
The native healing traditions all utilize medicines made from earth minerals and the vast array of plants and herbs cultivated for millennia. In the ancient systems it was generally understood that physical medicines did supply all the needed ingredients to treat most illnesses. In addition the context that healing takes place in required that the skills of the medicine men became intertwined with those of the Shaman and ultimately the two were often merged in the same person. Native Healers performed complex roles for their tribes and bands as they integrated the functions of metaphysician, magicians, and spiritual leaders into the practices of true medicine. Naturopathic Medicine emphasizes the body's intrinsic ability to heal and maintain itself. It appeared as a distinctive form of medicine in the early part of the 20th century. Incorporating modalities such as Homeopathy, Diet, and Herbal treatments along with heat, sunlight and other environmental factors, Naturopathic therapies attempt to restore balance and health to diseased bodies and minds. True medicine in the Native tradition requires that the Sacred be the major context in which healing takes place. Without that primary component medicine and healing fall away from the highest ideals of the ancient healing ways. In modern allopathic medicine the sacred ways and sacred spaces are rarely seen and are not deemed necessary. Chief Cloudpiler will work with the seminar participants to demonstrate how ordinary techniques and mundane practices used by practitioners can be made Sacred again. |
